OAS Members’ Exhibition 2018
The Oxford Art Society are honoured to be able to exhibit at the Sewell Centre again in 2018. The Sewell Centre at Radley College is a venue well worth visiting as the gallery is really beautiful and there is a lovely restaurant there for refreshments.

Opening of ‘Be Magnificent’ at William Morris Gallery
What a great evening! I so enjoyed being re-united with some of my 'old' lectures and'ageing' fellow students at the William Morris Gallery, Walthamstow on the 8 June.
I was supported by my lovely wife Elaine, my son Bryan Kidd and Bryan Flint who was also at the college in the 60's in the science faculty.

I think I have done all I can to finalise the head of Sonja, it has been rather a bumpy ride with some unplanned problems!

After visiting the David Hockney exhibition at the RA last week I decided to experiment with digital images on the iPhone.

I worked at home this week and decided to try a new approach, to coil-build the hair as a separate bowl shape and apply it to the head once it had hardened a bit.

Paintings in Stoke Mandeville Hospital
A few years ago (2008), during my Buckinghamshire Arts Week Exhibition at Obsidian Art Gallery, a representative from the Stoke Mandeville Hospital asked Trisha to supply the hospital board with copies of certain paintings which they might be interested in purchasing for the newly completed wing.
